Who am I: I am Denver’s Undercover Unknown Food Critic visiting local restaurants and bars in and around Colorado. I am a foodie, a home chef, with many years of working in the restaurant industry in various positions, but mostly the service end. I’m also well-traveled human living and eating in Denver, Colorado.
I usually dine alone, hence: “Table for One”, at other times I may be with friends/family, and may include their impressions in my review.
Occasionally I may travel and post a review of my experiences in another destination.
My promise: is to provide an honest, objective review of my experiences, including but not limited to a review of quality, creativity/originality: Food and Drink; atmosphere; customer service; value for price. I’ll visit roadside joints and five-star, high end, fine dining, hole-in-the wall bars, and trendy new hip spaces.
No matter who you are, what walk of life you experience, you deserve to have excellent service, quality food & drinks, and in engaging atmosphere when you’re spending your hard-earned money to satisify your hunger.
I will remain unknown and undercover, and my review cannot, and will not ever, be influenced or paid for by the business owner.
